Prepare a useful shortlist
Make a purchase decision you can explain even without a discount.
Start with the details someone needs before asking for a quote: the service, area covered and person to contact. A brochure site needs a way to publish those details and receive enquiries. Choose an address and the website workflow your team can keep current.
Prepare a small catalogue with clear options, photographs and delivery information. Compare the selling tools against the orders you expect to receive. Include payment-provider arrangements and fulfilment work in the plan, alongside the shop subscription.
Identify what is already working and why you want to move it. Collect the account access, files and service records needed for the handover. Choose the replacement around that job, then test it before directing customers away from the current setup.
Write down the payable costs
Keep the first payment, renewal and optional services visible in your budget. A lower displayed monthly equivalent can still involve a larger payment today.
Put the address, website service and team inboxes on separate lines in your budget. Record the period each payment covers. Include any separately commissioned design work or connected provider account, so the total reflects what you need to launch.
Choose the person who will receive invoices and arrange renewals. Put the due dates into the business calendar rather than leaving them in a contractor’s inbox. Review the charge for continuing each service when comparing its first payment.
Gather the photographs, product descriptions and account details that the project needs. Agree who checks the finished result. A subscription can be ready while the business is still preparing its content; plan the launch around both parts.
Check before placing the order
Use the details on the specific order when making the purchase.
There is no approved start and end period configured for the Kenya campaign. The displayed Black Friday calendar date is a reminder, not an announcement that offers will run for a particular length.
An approved campaign card identifies the purchase and its terms. Follow its order route and verify the total in checkout before payment. Regular catalogue amounts elsewhere on this page should be treated as ordinary prices.
Campaign purchase links stop appearing once their offer or scheduled period ends. The page continues to direct visitors to normal products. A later campaign requires newly approved dates and offers.
Use our product pages whenever the project is ready to proceed. Choose the required resources and payment period there. A purchase made before the campaign does not automatically qualify for a later promotion.
The domain and website are separate services. A hosting move needs the website files, database and any relevant mailbox migration. Agree that work and test the replacement before changing DNS.
Use the amount payable for the entire selected period, not only its monthly equivalent. Record the renewal amount as well. A prepaid term should suit the time you expect to keep the service.
Record the account holder and a recovery method controlled by the business. Grant access appropriate to each person’s work. Keep renewal responsibility in the handover rather than relying on an individual’s personal inbox.
A business that already has a working site may need only another mailbox or more suitable hosting. A new project may need an address, a website and a way to receive enquiries. Write down those purchases separately. Decide who will prepare the content and manage the accounts, then open the category for each service you need. This avoids buying a second service that duplicates something the team already uses.
