WireGuard VPN Hosting in Kenya.Connect work devices through a route you control.

Set up a WireGuard connection for the laptops and phones your team uses away from the office. Our Kenya plans list automated VPN setup, web management and QR configuration. Choose your bandwidth allowance, then check where the tunnel sends traffic before making it part of daily work.

Choose what travels through the tunnel

Selected destinations

A split route can send only configured networks through the VPN. It suits a defined access task, such as reaching a permitted service, when the endpoint has the required network route and access rules.

A broader device connection

A full route sends the configured traffic through the endpoint. Check the DNS settings and both IPv4 and IPv6 behaviour, especially when a device moves between mobile data and Wi-Fi.

A record of who can connect

Keep a named entry for every enrolled phone or laptop. When a device changes hands, you need to find and revoke its access promptly. Avoid distributing one configuration to a whole team: it makes later removal harder to check.

Prepare the connection in four checks

Record the destinations

List the addresses or networks the user should reach. Confirm that the endpoint can reach them; a VPN subscription alone does not connect it to every company system.

Set up a device

Install the WireGuard client for the device and import its assigned configuration. Treat a configuration file or QR code as access information rather than something to share in a public chat.

Check the actual route

Enable the tunnel and visit the intended service. Verify DNS resolution, the selected route and behaviour when you switch networks. Repeat with the tunnel disconnected.

Confirm removal works

Remove a test peer and confirm it can no longer establish the intended connection. Keep an inventory linking peers to devices so later access changes are straightforward.

WireGuard VPN Hosting FAQs

What do the Kenya WireGuard plans provide?

The current cards list VPN access, web-based management, QR configuration, automated setup and IPv4/IPv6 support. Starter, Pro and Business carry different bandwidth allowances.

Compare the live price and total billed amount for the term you intend to use. Choose the allowance around expected traffic rather than the number of devices alone.

Which bandwidth allowance should I choose?

The current catalogue lists 4 TB for Starter, 6 TB for Pro and 8 TB for Business. Estimate the transfers made by the devices using the tunnel, including larger downloads or file synchronisation.

Ask how usage and the allowance are measured for the chosen service. Monitor the first period and revisit the plan if the actual traffic differs from your estimate.

Can I connect a laptop and phone?

The offer lists unlimited devices and multi-device support. Use the appropriate WireGuard client on each device and assign each a separate configuration.

  • Keep an inventory of device owners.
  • Protect configuration files and QR codes.
  • Test reconnection after a network change.
  • Remove configurations that are no longer used.
Does using a VPN make every online activity private?

WireGuard encrypts traffic between the configured device and its VPN endpoint. Websites, signed-in accounts and services reached beyond that endpoint still have their own data handling.

Match the setup to the privacy or access task you need. Keep HTTPS enabled and review the service’s current logging policy rather than assuming that a tunnel makes an account anonymous.

What must be in place for access to an internal service?

First establish how the hosted VPN server reaches your office or private service. Ask the network owner to confirm routing and firewall permissions for that destination. Then enrol a device and try the permitted action with an ordinary staff account.

Seeing “connected” in the client only confirms part of the setup. Check that the person can open the intended resource, and that unrelated systems remain inaccessible.

Should all browsing use this connection?

Decide that from the job the connection serves. Someone who only needs a particular work system may use a restricted route; another setup may route broader device traffic through the hosted server.

Have the administrator explain what the configuration covers. Try a work request, an ordinary website and a DNS lookup, then repeat after changing from Wi-Fi to mobile data. This shows how the device behaves outside the office as well as during its initial setup.

How should I handle a lost device?

Find the peer assigned to that device and remove its access. Review any business accounts available from the device as a separate step, because revoking the tunnel does not automatically sign it out of every service.

Issue a fresh configuration to a replacement device. Keeping peer names tied to an owner makes this process faster.

How do I report a connection problem?

Write down which device is affected, its network and the action that failed. Include the message shown by the client and whether the same destination opens after disconnecting. Leave private keys and configuration QR codes out of a public report.

The administrator can use that information to check name resolution, routing and the destination’s access rules. Retest the original action after a change instead of relying only on the client’s connection indicator.

Can I use WireGuard on different operating systems?

WireGuard provides clients for common desktop and mobile systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. Use the current installation instructions for your device and import only its assigned configuration.

Check the resulting routes after installation. The same saved profile can behave differently when an operating system or network setting changes.

What should I check before ordering?

List the devices, destinations and estimated traffic. Confirm any private-network routing requirement, then compare current payment terms and bandwidth allowances.

Keep a small test plan covering connection, DNS, network changes and revoked access. Those checks establish whether the setup serves the task you bought it for.
