Login to your Cpanel by using the link www.mydomain.co.ke/cpanel. Replace my domain with your domain name. You will need to use the username and password that you were provided with.

Scroll down and Click on Email Accounts Icon

Fill in the desired username e.g. yourname under email slot. If your desired email address is yourname@mydomain.co.ke, you just need to type yourname.

Input desired password

Enter the password again

Select Mail box size quota (or leave the default value)

Click Create account to finalize creation of account.
