Note:
You need to renew your domain before expiry date for the following reasons:
-to avoid disruption of service
-to avoid experiencing downtime on expiry day
-to ensure other related services like the emails are functional.
- Go to www.truehost.co.ke
- Click Client area on top of the page
- Add your email address you used to register in Truehost and password(refer the details from email subject welcome sent by truehost during registration)
- On the top click domains and select my domains
- On the left panel underaction section click Renew
- Against the domains registered to you select the period for renew
- Against the domains registered to you click add to cart the domains you need renewed asbelow
- Then you shall see an invoice with details on cost
- Pay for the renewal
- Your domain will then update to the next expiry date
HOW TO RENEW HOSTING ON TRUEHOST
- Go to www.truehost.co.ke
- Click Client area on top of the page
- Add your email address you used to register in Truehost and password(refer the details from email subject welcome sent by truehost during registration)
- On the top click open ticket
- Select billing support
- Put subject as renew hosting, Select related service as the hosting to be renewed
- On message space request for invoice to renew hosting, send the message
- Truehost will then send you an invoice for renewal
- Make payments and the renewal package will be updated to next expiry date
