STEP BY STEP CONFIGURATION OF DOMAIN EMAILS ON OUTLOOK, FOR MAC COMPUTER

After you have created your email in the control panel, you can have it configured on outlook through the following simple steps:

1. Open the outlook application on your mac device.

2. Open the outlook menu and then select Preferences, then Accounts, in order to manage your email accounts. This will open a menu that contains several options.

3. From the Options, select Email Accounts.

4.Choose the account type; between POP3 or IMAP. Choose one of those.

Take note of the following:

IMAP – When you use this option, your email is saved on the server and each time you read an email, a copy is downloaded from the server. Best if you intend to access your mails on different devices at different places

POP3 – This option downloads and saves your emails to your outlook, and then the messages are deleted from the server. This enables you to read your emails offline at any time. This option is best if you intend to access the mails on that one device.
