How to Set up webmail in Quickbooks.

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Edit menu, select Preferences and click Send Forms.
  2. Select Web Mail and click Add.
  3. Once you click add, a pop up will appear labeled ‘Add Email Info’. Add the following inputs:
    • Email Id: Your full email address
    • Email Provider: Others
    • Server Name: mail.yourdomainname eg
    • Port: 25 or 587

Click Ok.
