For a domain to be online, it needs at least a A record, and/or a CNAME record. When people access your site, say truehost.co, they will use either 1 of these URLs

• truehost.co
• www.truehost.co

The guide below shows you how to create these DNS records for a domain if you want to point them to a VPS

1. Login to Olitt. Use this guide

2.Once logged in, go to DNS Management

3. Click Add Domain on your top right and type in your domain then Add

4.Click Manage next to the domain name

5. Click Add Record on your top right.

6. Type in values as below then click Add

Type: A
Name: @
Ipv4: Your VPS IP Address e.g 123.45.67.89

7. Click Add Record again and type in the values below and click Add
Type: CNAME
Name: www
Target Domain: your doman name without www part eg in this case truehost.co

Great, Thats it! Your domain is now ready for use. It can be accessed via truehost.co or www.truehost.co
