The second CNAME record will always be unique. For example, it could be something similar to gv-wdndvx9shm8xm1.dv.googlehosted.com.

  19. Setting the IP Address

If you are using a www subdomain for your Blogger site, you will also need to set an IP address to point your root domain (such as example.com) to Google’s servers.

  20. (OPTIONAL AND SAFER)After saving your second CNAME record, you will be returned to the type section and choose A record

Here you will add the @ symbol at the name section and then add the following IP addresses to the Target domain section. ONE AT A TIME.
    216.239.32.21
    216.239.34.21
    216.239.36.21
    216.239.38.21

Alternatively, it is possible to redirect visitors from non-www to www version of your blog, that way the A records would not be required. It can be done after your domain settings are saved by pressing the Edit button in Blogger Settings.
