How to Allow Multiple Users to Login to Your Client Area

For various reasons, you may need to allow several different people access to your client area or to receive notifications for your services. Scenarios like this include:

– Where you want your web designer to receive a copy of the cPanel credentials or communication regarding your site

-When you the finance department of your company to receive emails regarding invoices of your services

-When you want several people to receive notifications hence reducing the chance of missing an important email regarding your services

This can be achieved through sub accounts /Contacts. Our client area allows you to add contacts of persons you want to receive notifications along side you or access the client area to complete tasks like renewing domains or opening tickets if you are not available to do so on their behalf.

To add sub accounts or contacts, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your client area

2. Navigate to Accounts icon then click Contacts/Sub Accounts

3. Under Choose Contact, select Add New Contact

4. Fill in the Contact Details form provided

5. Select option to Activate Subaccount

6. Select which emails you want the subaccount user to receive and click Save.
