Website Design Terms

1. Web developers

A team of web developers who are freelancers, but linked to you by Truehost develops the websites. Truehost only acts as a link between you and them, ensuring that you get value for your money, and the developer receives money for the work.

2. Web hosting and domain

This package comes with a 10 GB web hosting package from Truehost Cloud, and a .co.ke domain. It also allows one to create unlimited email addresses, and gives full cPanel access.

Should you require more, or different features, you will be billed accordingly.

3. Payment

Payment for the services will be made in advance, and any refund must be accompanied by evidence of failure to deliver the website as agreed. Please note that as this is a budget service, the website owner has little influence over the design, and the developer will not be expected to go out of their way to meet stringent design specifications.

4. Additional features

Should you require other additional features to your website, such as payment gateways integrations, you will have to pay for the normal web design charges. These are billed as per request.

5. Additional charges

There are no additional charges for the website, but the domain name and hosting must be renewed every year to keep the website online.
